Kissel bought a television. Pico brought it back and it does not work. Kissel is in the wheelchair, he cannot hear, and Pico is trying to fix the set while Kissel is on the phone.

0:01 Voice 1: “Good afternoon. Who is speaking?”
0:03 Voice 2: “All right. Enough with the small talk. I bought a TV from you there the other day. I sent one of the Mexican curds in. He brings it back to me. It ain’t workin’. He is tryin’ to fix it now.”
0:16 Voice 1: “First of all, if you’re screaming, I can’t even hear you.”
0:18 Voice 2: “I can’t hear. I got a bomb that blew off near me back in WW II. I can’t hear nothin’.”
0:24 Voice 1: “OK.”
0:25 Voice 2: “He is workin’ on the TV now.”
0:26 Voice 1: “Who was the salesman?”
0:28 Voice 2: “I don’t know. A little fellow there.”
0:30 Voice 1: “A little fellow. What TV was it?”
0:32 Voice 3: “There ain’t no picture. I thought there’d be picture.”

0:54 Voice 2: “I was speakin’ with the guy. He put me on hold. I bought a TV there that keeps bustin’ off all of me.”
1:00 Robert: “OK. You haven’t…
1:01 Voice 2: “I sent a Mexican guy to pick it up. He is tryin’ to work on it now. I can’t do nothing. I’m sittin’ now in one of them wheelchairs.”
1:10 Robert: “Right. Now what kind of a TV is it?”
1:12 Voice 3: [Inaudible 00:01:12].
1:15 Voice 2: “Shut up. I’m talkin’ to the guy.”
1:18 Robert: “What kind of TV is it?”
1:19 Voice 2: “The kind of TV you watch on for.”
1:21 Voice 3: [Inaudible 00:01:21].
1:22 Voice 2: “He wants to fix the back cover. What I – what should I do? I can’t do nothing. I don’t know nothing. That’s why I buy reading glasses. [Inaudible 00:01:30] because every time he is tryin’ to fix what in the back something keeps happening with the picture.”
1:37 Robert: I – I – I don’t understand what’s goin’ on. [Inaudible 00:01:40].
1:41 Voice 2: “I bought a TV. It ain’t workin’ properly.”
1:42 Voice 3: “I am only tryin’ to work with the blue one.”
1:45 Robert: “Hmmm…”
1:45 Voice 2: ‘Don’t touch nothin’ in the back. We want to – ahh!”
1:48 Man gets electrocuted.

1:56 Voice 2: “He’s burnin’ – he’s burnin’ down the house with that TV. What should he be touchin’ in the back?”
2:01 Robert: “Nothing. No one should be touching anything.”

2:04 Voice 2: “He said you should be touchin’ it in the back.”

TV Repair – Kissel and Pico
Kamal is Kissel. Johnny Brennan is Pico. Kissel sent Pico to pick the TV up. There is no picture. Kissel cannot do anything about it from the chair, and he tells Pico to shut up while he talks.
