What this covers
This policy covers merchandise Jerky Boys Store prints and ships: t-shirts, phone cases, dad hats, glasses, footwear, and other apparel. It also covers custom voice recordings made for your order. Album links on this site go to Amazon. A purchase on Amazon is with Amazon, and Amazon’s policy applies, not this one.
All sales are final
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Printed goods are made after you order, with the design on that product. A custom voice recording is made for that order. Once an order has shipped, or a recording has been delivered, it is not canceled, refunded, or exchanged. Sale items follow the same rule.
If we cancel before it ships
We can refuse or cancel an order before it ships. If we cancel it, we refund the charge for that order.
Damaged or wrong item
If an item arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong item, email [email protected] with photos and your order number. We may review it. A replacement is not guaranteed.
Do not mail the item back. We do not accept unsolicited returns, and we do not pay return shipping.
Wrong address
You are responsible for the shipping address you enter. If the address is wrong and the order has shipped, that order is not refunded or reshipped. See the shipping policy.
