Shipping is calculated for each order from the weight of the items and the destination address. The exact amount is shown in the cart before you pay, and that is the amount you are charged.
The cart may also show an estimated delivery window. That window is an estimate. It is not a guaranteed arrival date. Items that are made after you order include production time as well as carrier transit.
You pay shipping. Check the address before you place the order. The refund policy says what happens if the address is wrong: once the order has shipped, it is not refunded or reshipped.
