Merchandise Refund and Returns Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. Due to the personalized, handmade, or perishable nature of our merchandise, once an order is placed and shipped, it cannot be altered, canceled, or reversed.

Exemptions from Returns

All goods are exempt from returns, including but not limited to perishable items such as food, printed materials, newspapers, or magazines; personalized products; hazardous materials; or flammable liquids or gases.

Proof of Purchase

We require a receipt or proof of purchase for all inquiries, but this does not entitle you to any adjustments.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to us—we will not accept or process unsolicited returns.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are not granted for any reason, including:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts
  • Any item returned (or attempted to be returned) more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Refunds are not processed. If you believe there has been an error on our end (e.g., a shipping issue), contact us immediately for assistance, but we reserve the right to handle such cases at our sole discretion without guaranteeing a resolution.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds are not issued, so this section does not apply. If you have a general concern, please contact us.

Sale Items

All items, including sale items, are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not available. If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately with photos and proof of purchase for potential review, but we do not guarantee a replacement.

Shipping Returns

Returns are not accepted, so no return shipping instructions will be provided. You are responsible for all shipping costs. We do not cover or reimburse any return shipping.

Depending on where you live, delivery times may vary, but once shipped, the order is final.

If you are concerned about delivery, consider using a trackable shipping service at checkout—we do not guarantee receipt or resolution of lost items after shipment.

Wrong Address Responsibility

Hey, addresses can be tricky beasts—double-check that one before hitting submit! If you provide us with a wrong address or one that’s straight-up undeliverable, and the item’s already shipped out from the warehouse, you’re responsible for the mix-up. That means no refunds, reships, or adjustments from our end; we’ll have to sort it out as a new order on your dime.
